Where clinical excellence meets kindness
A private medical aesthetics clinic in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, founded on a simple belief: high-quality care should be ethical, inclusive, and delivered with dignity.

A Registered Nurse &
Independent Prescriber
Over 12 years of clinical experience across acute medicine, surgery, cancer care and public health, with a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the Harley Academy, a degree in Nursing and a Masters in Public Health.
“I don’t offer treatments I wouldn’t confidently offer my own mum. Patient safety is non-negotiable.”
It started with my mum
My journey into aesthetics is deeply personal.
When I was younger, my mum struggled with acne. I remember wishing I could do something to help her feel more confident and comfortable in her own skin. That feeling never left me. Good Things Clinic was built from that desire, to help not only my mum, but every individual who walks through my door wanting to reconnect with themselves and feel wonderful in their own skin.
A career in nursing
I completed my BSc in Adult Nursing in 2011, initially working in acute medicine before moving into female surgery and cancer care. I later became a Ward Sister on a male surgery and cancer ward, where leadership, patient safety and compassionate care became central to my practice.
Why fair, inclusive care matters to me
During this time, I completed a Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. My studies deepened my understanding of health inequalities, and my belief that high-quality care should be accessible, inclusive and delivered with dignity.
Following my Masters, I worked as a Lead Cancer Nurse in a role focused on reducing inequalities in cancer care and promoting early diagnosis. I later managed healthcare projects across diabetes, cancer, end of life care and respiratory services.
These experiences shaped how I lead Good Things Clinic today. They reinforced that feeling seen, heard and respected in a healthcare setting matters, and taught me that confidence and wellbeing are closely connected.
Trained to the highest standard
To enter aesthetics with the highest level of training, I completed my aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology training at the Harley Academy, widely recognised as a leading institute for medical aesthetic education, and went on to their highest qualification: the Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine. Every treatment I deliver is grounded in detailed anatomical knowledge, patient safety, clinical governance and evidence-based practice.
How I practise
My practice is rooted in ethical, holistic and evidence-based care. I do not offer treatments that I would not confidently offer to my own mum. Patient safety is non-negotiable. Every decision is clinically led, carefully considered, and focused on restorative care and long-term skin health rather than trends.
Being a mum to two wonderful boys has strengthened my belief that care should always be delivered with patience, honesty and genuine compassion, in safe and supportive spaces where people feel protected, respected and truly looked after.
Enhance, never alter
Aesthetics, for me, is not about changing who you are. It is about enhancing what is already there, restoring confidence, and creating a space where everybody feels welcome, valued and supported. It should restore confidence, not create pressure.
No matter your background, your story, or where you are in your journey, there is a place for you here.
“Helping you look refreshed is important. Helping you feel comfortable, confident, and truly yourself again is the real goal.”
