A Deeper Look at Your Health

Our most comprehensive wellness screening option provided in partnership with MAP HEALTH. This is designed for those who want to understand their health beyond a standard blood test.

By combining multiple sources of health information, we can build a more detailed picture of how your body is functioning and identify areas that may benefit from further attention.

Depending on the programme selected, your assessment may incorporate:

  • Comprehensive blood testing
  • DNA analysis across more than 100 health and lifestyle traits
  • 10 to 14 days of Continuous glucose monitoring
  • Metabolic health insights
  • Nutritional and lifestyle information
  • Personalised interpretation of your results
  • An app that brings all of your metrics together
  • A detailed, personalised health plan
  • Initial and follow up consultations

The aim is not simply to provide a set of results, but to help you understand what those results mean for you.

All of Your Health in One App

As part of the programme, you get access to an app that brings all of your metrics together in one place, from your blood results and DNA insights to your real time glucose data.

Rather than looking at each result on its own, the app combines them to give you a detailed and personalised plan for your health, with clear recommendations tailored to you.

Who Is It For?

Advanced screening may be suitable if you:

  • Want a broader understanding of your current health
  • Are interested in preventative health and long term wellbeing
  • Want to understand how your genetics may influence areas of your health
  • Would like greater insight into your glucose response and metabolic health
  • Have several areas of wellbeing you would like to explore together
  • Prefer a more personalised approach than a standard screening panel

Your Personalised Wellness Plan

Your results are reviewed alongside your health history, lifestyle and individual goals.

You will receive clear guidance on your findings and personalised recommendations based on the information identified through your screening.

Where findings require further investigation or medical management, appropriate follow up will be recommended.

Patient information

Frequently asked questions

Why does MAP Health include DNA testing?

Your DNA provides information about inherited traits that may influence areas such as your response to exercise, sleep patterns and other aspects of your physiology.

MAP Health uses this alongside your current blood markers and metabolic data to create a more personalised picture rather than relying on genetics alone.

What does the blood testing look at?

Blood biomarkers provide a snapshot of how your body is functioning at the time of testing.

The MAP Health brochure gives examples including vitamin D, cholesterol and inflammation markers. These results are considered alongside your genetic and metabolic information.

What is continuous glucose monitoring?

A small continuous glucose monitor, or CGM, is placed on your arm and worn for approximately two weeks.

During this time, you log what you eat, drink and do. This allows the programme to look at how your glucose responds to meals and everyday lifestyle factors in real life.

Do I have to follow a particular diet during the two weeks?

The MAP Health programme asks you to log what you eat and drink, alongside activities such as exercise and sleep, so that these can be considered alongside your glucose data.

What can MAP Health help me understand?

Your personalised plan may provide insight and recommendations relating to areas including:

  • Nutrition and meal timing
  • Sleep
  • Exercise and movement
  • Energy
  • Skin and skincare
  • Supplements and nutritional considerations

The programme is built around your individual goal and the information identified through your testing.

How long does the programme take?

You wear the continuous glucose monitor for approximately two weeks. Your complete results and personalised wellness plan are expected in approximately six weeks.

What happens once my results are ready?

Your blood, DNA and real time metabolic information are analysed together.

You then receive your personalised wellness plan, and your results are discussed with you so that you can understand the findings and how your recommendations relate to your individual goals.

Who is MAP Health suitable for?

MAP Health may appeal to someone who wants a more comprehensive and personalised understanding of their health rather than investigating one isolated concern.

The programme may be particularly useful if you are interested in areas such as nutrition, energy, sleep, exercise, skin health or understanding how your body responds to different lifestyle choices.

Is MAP Health a one size fits all programme?

No. Personalisation is central to the programme.

MAP Health combines information about your genetics with biomarkers showing what is happening in your body currently and real time glucose data reflecting your everyday lifestyle. These are brought together to create recommendations based on your individual results and goals.

Does MAP Health replace medical care?

No. MAP Health is a health and wellness screening programme designed to provide personalised insight and guidance.

It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or care from your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional. Where findings require further medical investigation, appropriate follow up should be arranged.
