Important information before your appointment

To help appointments run safely and on time, please read the following before attending Good Things Clinic.

Booking Deposit

A £30 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the cost of your treatment or service on the day.

Booking deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• With at least 48 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to one replacement appointment.
• With less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required to book again.

No Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not given prior notice, your booking deposit will be retained. Full payment in advance may be required for future bookings. Repeated no shows may result in future appointments being declined.

Lateness Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your consultation or treatment.

• Arrivals of up to 10 minutes late can usually be accommodated.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a £30 late fee may apply.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment safely without affecting other patients. Your appointment may therefore be cancelled, and your booking deposit will be retained.

If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Any decision to proceed will depend on the treatment booked and the time remaining.

Children

For health, safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted to attend appointments or wait within the clinic.

The clinic contains clinical equipment, sharps and treatment products. Treatments require the practitioner’s full attention and a safe clinical environment.

Please arrange childcare before attending. If you arrive with a child or children and the appointment cannot proceed, this will be treated as a late cancellation and your booking deposit will be retained.

Guests and Waiting Area

The clinic does not have a designated waiting area. Please attend your appointment alone unless another person’s attendance has been agreed in advance or is required for accessibility or support purposes.

Illness

Please do not attend if you are acutely unwell or experiencing symptoms of an infectious or contagious illness.

For genuine unexpected illness within the 48 hour cancellation period, the clinic may allow your deposit to be transferred once to a new appointment. This is at the clinic’s discretion and is not an automatic entitlement.

Before Treatment

Please tell the clinic about any significant change to your health, medication or circumstances that could affect treatment suitability before your appointment.

Treatment is always subject to consultation, informed consent and clinical suitability. The practitioner may decline or postpone treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate to proceed.

Refunds

Good Things Clinic operates a strict no refunds policy. Booking deposits, late fees, late cancellation charges, no show charges, prepaid courses, treatment packages, promotional treatments and gift vouchers are non refundable. Refunds will only be provided where the clinic is legally required to issue one.
