Microneedling
Microneedling at Good Things Clinic is a medically led collagen induction treatment, performed with a clinically proven microneedling device and combined with targeted serums chosen for your skin.
A consultation is required before any treatment at Good Things Clinic, view our consultation options here.
Fine, sterile needles create precise micro channels in the skin, triggering the body’s natural wound healing response. This activates fibroblasts, stimulates collagen and elastin production, increases growth factor release, and promotes long term structural remodelling.
Treatment depth is adjusted for each area of the face, so concerns are treated precisely and safely with minimal trauma to the skin’s surface.
The micro channels also allow targeted serums to be delivered directly into the skin, where they work far more effectively than when applied to the surface alone. Over a course of treatment, skin becomes thicker, firmer, smoother and more resilient.

Treatment Course
Collagen remodelling is progressive, and cumulative treatments 4–6 weeks apart provide greater structural improvement over time. You will be advised on the minimum number of treatments required to see an improvement of your presenting concern during your consultation.
Uber Pro Peel add on
The Uber Pro Peel is applied immediately prior to microneedling to accelerate cellular turnover and enhance collagen stimulation. This intensifies results in concerns such as acne scarring, pigmentation, and textural irregularities.
